**12-Month Limited Warranty**
This Limited Warranty covers your jewelry product for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.
### What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as tarnishing that occurs under normal wear and care conditions. If your jewelry becomes tarnished or is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace the product at no charge for the item itself.
### What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear (other than tarnishing as described above)
- Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or improper storage
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by anyone other than us
- Loss or theft of the product
### How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description (and photos if possible) of the issue.
2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is covered under this warranty, we will ship a replacement product to you at no cost.

- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a claim is covered under this warranty.
- Replacement products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
